If you missed recent Mars Mission that is Perseverance here is your chance to send your name to Mars. Send your name for future Mars Mission is still active. “This is part of a public engagement campaign to highlight missions involved with NASA’s journey from the Moon to Mars”. This is an interesting campaign by NASA by which you can send your name on Red Planet.

More than 1.2 million names were submitted on NASA’s web site over a one year period for Curiosity! Some 20,000 visitors to NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, Calif and NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, Fla wrote their names on pages that were scanned and reproduced at microscopic scale onto two chips the size of a dime.

All those who submitted their names for NASA’S curiosity mission their names are officially on Mars now.

A placard commemorating NASA’s “Send Your Name to Mars” campaign was installed on the Perseverance Mars rover on March 16, 2020, at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Three fingernail-sized chips affixed to the upper-left corner of the placard feature the names of 10,932,295 people who participated. They were individually stenciled onto the chips by electron beam, along with the essays of the 155 finalists in NASA’s “Name the Rover” contest. Liftoff aboard a United Launch Alliance Atlas V 541 rocket is targeted for mid-July of 2020 from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station . NASA’s Launch Services Program, based at Kennedy, is managing the launch.

All those who submitted their names for NASA’S 2020 Mission their names are on the way to Mars.

After completion of registration you will receive a fancy boarding pass with your name written on it. You can also check your frequent flyer points, it is a kind of fun game that you can try with your friends.

Along with the placard members of NASA’s Mars 2020 Perseverance rover mission installed a plate on the left side of the rover chassis, commemorating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and paying tribute to the perseverance of healthcare workers around the world. Made of aluminum, the 3-by-5-inch (8-by-13-centimeter) plaque was attached to the rover in May 2020 during final assembly at Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
